What are pro-made fans?
Pro-Made Fans are pre-fanned lash extensions designed to save time and deliver consistent, flawless volume. Each fan features a pointy base for stronger bonding and quicker application — ideal for busy lash artists and beginners alike. Packaged on a sticky strip inside a convenient box, they’re easy to remove and ready to use with no need to sort through loose fans.
What are your lashes made of?
Our lashes are made from premium Korean PBT fiber, known for its deep black finish, soft feel, and long-lasting curl. They’re vegan, cruelty-free, and hypoallergenic.
Do your lashes hold their curl?
Yes! We use high-quality materials and precise heating techniques to ensure each lash maintains its curl — even after wear.
How do I take the fans off their strip without them pulling apart?
Our fans are placed on the strip with a slightly lifted base to make removal easier. Use volume tweezers to gently grip the fan at the base and pull straight up evenly. After removing the fan, place it on your lash tile to regrip it before dipping it into the adhesive.
Do your fans fall apart during application?
Not at all. Our fans are carefully crafted to hold their shape through picking, placement, and wear, so you can work confidently.
How do I choose the right fan volume for my client?
Use our volume fan weight chart to find safe, lash-friendly equivalents. It's a great tool to maintain lash health while customizing fullness.
Why am I getting bad retention?
There are many things that can cause poor retention. The most common problems are: dirty, oily lashes, tears, stomach sleepers, not using enough glue, using old glue, humidity and temperature levels being off, improper placement of the extension, lash weight too heavy for the natural lash, shedding season and overall client health.

Can beginners use your lashes?
Absolutely. Our Pro-Made Fans and Classic Lashes are beginner-friendly and easy to work with — perfect for artists at any stage of their lash journey. However, they should be used by a trained professional. Even beginners should complete proper lash extension training to ensure safe and effective application.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Proof of purchase is required.
